Birds on the front porch
Recently, Lisa moved Vern (the fern) out to the front porch to get some unadulterated sunlight and fresh air.
As happened last year, a pair of birds decided to nest in the fern. Unlike last year, they were successful at it. I grabbed these literally as I was waiting for the taxi to the airport for a 2-week+ trip. Just in time photography, IMHO.
Surely someone is going to tell us what these birds are?
